FOR MINORS

Parental consent is mandatory 

CANCELLATION: 

- between 15 and 30 days prior to your booking, you will be refunded the full amount of your deposit

- less than 15 days prior to your booking: your deposit will not be refunded  

In case of cancellation on our behalf, we will arrange to report your booking. As a last recourse, the total amount of your deposit will be refunded. 

CONDITIONS METEO ET ENSEIGNEMENT WEATHER AND TEACHING

In the event of bad weather, the lesson will be postponed by your instructor with regards to your availabilities and the schedules. 

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH KITEBOARDING

Kiteboarding is a recent and currently evolving board sports practised outdoors. Although technical developments are constantly improving safety and accessibility, the kite and board remain risk-bearing devices that can cause severe injuries and sometimes cause the participant's death. 

For these reasons, the rules and instructions given to you by your instructor must always be carefully followed. 

Kiteboarding is practised outdoors and in specific surroundings, which means that we must respect the boundaries of the natural areas where we are. We constantly dependent on the weather conditions, by essence uncertain and unpredictable. 

Liability exclusion, renunciation to claim indemnification and acceptance of the risk: when you register for a lesson with the Jaguaribe Kiteboarding school, you consent to all the known and unknown risks that may be caused by the practice of kiteboarding and to fully and personally accept their consequences. You, or your family, thus renounce to make any claim now or in the future against the school Jaguaribe Kite or any of its representative.
